Theobrowz provides a free web-based tool for personal hisab (cashbook) management. Features include creating workspaces and cashbooks, recording credit and debit entries, searching and editing entries, and sharing workspaces with other users.

3. Free Service

The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features or premium tiers in the future, but we commit to maintaining basic cashbook functionality free forever for personal use.

4. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
One person may not maintain multiple accounts for abusive purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

7. Sharing & Collaboration

When you invite others to your workspace, you are granting them access to the data within that workspace. You are responsible for managing access permissions and removing collaborators when appropriate. We are not responsible for actions taken by collaborators you have invited.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by service interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

The Theobrowz name, logo, design, and all original content on the website and application are the intellectual property of Theobrowz. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Theobrowz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, or business interruption.

12. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
